Relationship Structure
Our relationship structure is flexible and depends on whether our Client is a seller or buyer. Typically, we are compensated with a monthly professional fee and pass-through reimbursement of out-of-pocket expenses. We also share in the successful outcome of our clients' transactions with a fee based on a percentage of the consideration as it is realized by our sell-side clients, and a flat fee on the buy-side.
